I had my foot appointment this morning and it went well.
I'll be discussing various learnings, etc in other posts but lemme brag to you about something.
My right foot?
It's medically perfect.
This blog documents my experiences in the sport of running. And by comparison, my wife Hare's experiences. I am not a scientist or a doctor. Any advice or techniques you read here you follow at your own risk. I don't advocate eating 3 donuts and a lemon cheese danish before a 30k run but it worked for me in Hamilton. My goal is to avoid a lifelong injury.
